Kilroy

A WWII-flavored retooling of the website, complete with sailor resumes, an animated Kilroy, and occasional evidence that somebody has been here.

KILROY WAS HERE

Background

The best-known history of the Kilroy phenomenon, what is documented, what remains folklore, and its parallels around the world.

Real careers retooled as civilian resumes for a sailor preparing to leave the Navy after World War II.

Documented appearances, suspicious traces, historical precursors, and the stories that made Kilroy the man who was always there first.
